The first Future Stars Clinic of the 2019 season will be June 8/9 at Gymstrada in Virginia Beach.

Saturday Evening: Coaches Workshop (no athletes) 6pm until finished
*There were some requests to move this time later from previous years to accommodate for traffic and travel time. Food will be provided.
Sunday Clinic: Breakfast and Lunch will be provided for Coaches; lunch only for athletes.
If you have an athlete with allergies or specific food needs, they will have to bring their own.

Clinic will include a group warm up and physical prep; strength and flexibility challenges; apparatus training with a focus on the first half of the competitive sequences; some gymnastics games/challenges if time permits. Experience is not necessary to participate.
We have a basic format outline and we will discuss how best to implement training with all coaches at the Saturday night Coaches workshop.
Saturday Night’s lectures will include a presentation on Flyaway training for High Bar
