The Future Stars and JE clinics continue to grow! Roughly 15 coaches and approximately 41 kids registered (and we had a few extra who had registered late). The camp was very successful in introducing some important concepts of strength development tracking and the introduction of certain Future Stars skills. It was great to see the kids begin to develop relationships with athletes and coaches outside of their personal gyms. We look are looking forward to our next Clinic July 13-14 at Aerial East Gymnastics (Mechanicsville, VA), where we hope to continue Future Stars routine and skill development.
