Please mark on your calendars the VA State Meeting and Clinic, which will take place October 5/6 weekend at Barcroft Sportscenter, Hosted by the Arlington Tigers. Schedule TBA
State Assessment fee of $16 per athlete on your team is due at the meeting. A late fee will be assessed for all gyms that do not comply.
We will be hosting two sessions of gymnastics for our State Clinic, depending on participation. The morning session will be for optional athletes (Levels 8-10 and JD D1 and D2). If you have optional gymnasts attending, you will be required to email the State Chairman the skills or drills you are interested in learning so that our clinicians have time to prepare their events. Please mark your level on the USAG Registration page when you register or email us your level when you submit your skill/drill requests.
The afternoon session will be reserved for compulsory levels 4-7. If we have less than 20 Optional athletes, we may decide to change the schedule to one session.
Deadline for registering for the Clinic will be September 26th. The cost is $75 per athlete attending. You may enter up to 6 athletes per coach attending.
In order to make life easier for our clinicians, we will be putting the groups together the day after the deadline. Those who do not register by the deadline will not be permitted to participate. Walk-ins will be sent away this year.
