With the conclusion on Development Nationals our Championship season has concluded! We would like to say Congratulations to all of our State, Regional, Eastern and Development Nationals competitors on a job well done and we are proud of each and everyone one of our athletes!

The Virginia Men’s Gymnastics Board would like to send a heartfelt thank you to all who made our 2023 State Championship competitions a success. Thank you, Tim Kappel, Kimberlee Kappel and Pure Gymnastics on an amazing Level 4-10 and Club Platinum State Championships in Lynchburg, VA. Their hard work, dedication and commitment to making a quality State Championship competition is beyond appreciated! Sonja Hird Clark and her staff and the Arlington Tigers, thank you for providing a wonderful space and opportunity for our Level 3, Bronze, Silver and Gold Club gymnasts to have a wonderful culmination to their season! Without these dedicated clubs and individuals we would not be able to provide these opportunities for our Virginia Men’s gymnastics athletes.

There are so many helping hands for these events – too many to mention by name, but without whom we could not make these important events successful. The VA Men’s Gymnastics Board, the Metro Judges Association and Rex Lacy – you continually go above and beyond the call of duty to provide for our Virginia Men’s Gymnastics athletes…Thank you!
